Self-guided tour. You are given a pair of headphones and a listen to interesting facts along the way. My 2-year old managed to enjoy himself. There will be quite a steep climb back up. There is also a short forest trial you can walk after departing the cave.

And one thing, they'll let you experience the nature lighting inside the cave so if you're afraid of the dark or maybe claustrophobic, you should inform the guide. Also reserve your energy especially in going up the lake cave.

Very nice experience. You don't just go there and see caves but they also discuss history about how the cave was discovered and the creatures living in it. I love the presentation of the cave using the lights.

Both Lake Cave and Mammoth Cave are unique and offer interesting aspects. When visiting, keep in mind that these are coastal caves, not inland, and therefore significantly smaller caves than the vast cave systems the US knows, like Jewel Cave or the US Mammoth Cave. They are well worth a stop, though.

My favorite cave. Awesome tour with guides. Amazing lights down there. And awesome stairs to get to the bottom.
